How to request a replacement ring

If you have been previously obligated (i.e. have received a ring at an Iron Ring Ceremony) and are looking for a replacement, please fill out this form with the information requested :

(Note: if you can’t remember your ring size, we may have your original or latest size on record.  You can also have your ring size checked, usually free of charge, at a jeweller or like vendor.  There is a table of inside diameters of our iron rings at this link which may assist you in determining your current size.).

This service is provided by volunteers.  Your patience as we respond to your request is appreciated.

Payment Options

After completing the form, you will be brought back here and can pay the fee by either:

  1. sending a cheque made out to ‘Kipling Camp #4‘ for $20 CDN to: Kipling Camp #4, P.O. Box 22036, Saskatoon, SK  S7K 5P1  (Please let us know by email if you send a cheque; we may only check our mailbox monthly.)
  2. sending an INTERAC electronic transfer for $20 to ‘replacements@camp4.ironring.ca’. Please include the phrase ‘Replacement ring for <your_name>‘ in the note/comment field for the e-transfer.
    Payments should automatically be deposited to our account, so a security password shouldn’t be required.
  3. using the “Pay Now” button below to pay by credit card, VISA debit or through your PayPal account, (note: you do not need a PayPal account to use this service).

    Ensure that “Replacement fee $20:00 CDN” is selected below, and click the “Pay Now” button. You will be leaving our site and be taken to the PayPal site; please refer to their Privacy Policy.
    If you have a PayPal account and wish to pay that way, login and complete the transaction normally.
    If you do not have an account or wish to pay using a credit/VISA debit card, select the “Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card” link below the login fields.
    Fill in the required information and once again click “Pay Now”. (Note: you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of PayPal’s Privacy Statement.) The next screen will give you the option of creating a PayPal account, but this is not necessary; simply click on “Not Now” at the bottom of this screen to proceed without creating a PayPal account.
    The final screen will give a summary of your transaction. A confirmation/receipt will be sent by PayPal via email to both you and us.

    Your credit card statement will show a payment to “PAYPAL *WWWIRONRING 4029357733 ON” as the vendor for $20 Canadian.
